Who we are
The High-Class-Liquid GmbH & Co. KG has been developing and producing e-liquids, flavours and bases at its Unna site since 2009. The company offers contract filling and contract manufacturing for brands, retailers and creators – from recipe development and raw material procurement to fully automated filling according to German food-grade standards. The basis is vegetable glycerine, propylene glycol and purified water, optionally with nicotine (0–18 mg/ml) or nicotine salt up to 20 mg/ml as well as 117 of its own food-grade flavours. Filling is done in containers from 10 to 1,000 ml with child-resistant closures according to ISO 8317, as nicotine version, shortfill, longfill, flavour concentrate or base. In addition to the compliance service (EU-TPD notification, UFI, safety data sheet), the company handles labelling, assembly, storage and logistics. It supplies ten countries in Europe and operates its own brands such as Xtra Series and Roofy's as well as contract brands for partners.

Quality & compliance
Every batch is documented, traceable down to the batch marking on the label and laboratory-tested. Raw materials from the food and pharmaceutical industries are inspected before release and assigned to the batch; in addition, emission measurements (carbonyl analysis, 8 parameters) are carried out in an independent test laboratory.
