About High Precision Machining Parts

High Precision Machining Parts (HPMP) is a CNC contract manufacturing company founded in 2013 by Christoph Janz and based in Gilching near Munich. A trained mechanical engineering technician, he brings more than 20 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering and precision mechanics, most recently as technical operations manager and person responsible for quality management. The service portfolio includes CNC-turned parts up to 32 mm diameter, milled parts with a travel range of up to 1,000 x 600 mm, external cylindrical grinding as well as surface finishing such as hardening, anodizing and burnishing. Parts are machined from plastics and high-alloy metals — from prototype and sample production through single pieces and small batches to fully automated series production of up to 5,000 units. In addition, HPMP offers advice on material selection as well as design support and manufacturing optimization. Customers come from industrial engineering, precision mechanics, metrology and control technology, printed circuit board technology, optics, automotive engineering, medical technology, food technology and aerospace. Quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 for the scope of CNC contract manufacturing.
