highQ solutions GmbH is an owner-managed electronics company with a laboratory and small-series production facility in Vienna's 16th district. The company specializes in electronics and product development in the fields of communication electronics and radio-frequency (RF) technology. Its range of services includes planning and development, prototyping, certification and expert reports, pre-compliance testing, small-series production and systems engineering. Products include tunnel radio systems, RF components such as amplifiers, transmitters, receivers, couplers and filters, emergency-services radio and alerting systems, wireless controls, as well as custom assembly carriers, enclosures and cabling. The first projects were carried out as early as 1989; for over 30 years the team has been developing electronic systems for communication and safety in national and international projects. The products are in use worldwide, including for safety-critical communication in special infrastructure applications such as tunnel radio, alerting systems for emergency-services organizations and control systems for industry. Larger volumes are manufactured by a partner on one of Europe's most modern assembly lines.
