About HEO COATING
Hillebrand Erbslöh Oberflächen GmbH (HEO COATING) coats components made of aluminium and steel in high-volume series production. The portfolio comprises three coating processes: ecoatHEO® (cathodic dip painting / KTL for corrosion protection), mattHEO® (polyester-based powder coating for opaque black surfaces) and ceramHEO® (three-layer wet painting for deep-black high-gloss surfaces). The processes run as inline production in a single line, from incoming raw material inspection and pretreatment through KTL coating to final powder or wet painting. The coatings meet OEM specifications of leading automotive manufacturers such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Land Rover. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 and coats 80,000 to 100,000 parts daily at three sites in Wickede (Ruhr). With the HEOnow® transformation program, HEO COATING is working towards the goal of CO2 neutrality by 2025.
