About Hilscher SoC Technology
Hilscher SoC Technology GmbH was founded in 2005 by Sebastian Hilscher and Sven Fiedrich and specializes in the development, distribution and support of system components in the field of microelectronics. Based in Berlin-Kreuzberg, the company designs microchips for industrial applications, from multi-million-gate SoCs with multiple CPUs to mixed-signal ICs with precise analog signal chains and high-voltage functions. Actual wafer fabrication as well as assembly and test are carried out through long-standing partner wafer foundries and test houses in process node sizes from 180 nm to 22 nm. Following the company's "1st time right" philosophy, all ICs went into series production with the first complete mask set. Through supply chain management, the company also supplies medium volumes over decades of product lifetime. Customers include companies from the data processing and electronics industries as well as electronics wholesale distributors.
