Hinnerbäcker GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1854 on Hinnergasse in Steinfurth and is a family-run traditional bakery. The company produces all baked goods fresh by hand every day in its own production; flour is sourced from the region. In the branches, carefully hand-prepared baked goods are freshly baked several times a day (in-store baking). The product range includes bread, baked goods and specialities, among others with regional quark curd (Schmand) and fruit. Quality assurance and quality control are of high importance to the company. Through continuous innovation and the expansion of its branch network, the business has developed into a modern mid-sized company. The headquarters with production is located at Industriestraße 13 in Wölfersheim-Berstadt.
