The Company

HINZ Maschinenbauteile is a family-owned supplier for mechanical engineering founded in 1960, with sites in Güglingen-Frauenzimmern and Ditzingen-Schöckingen. The company produces welded component assemblies up to 50 tonnes from a single source: from its own design office (2D/3D, CAM programming) via CNC thermal cutting (oxy-fuel, plasma, laser; sheet metal up to 200 mm thickness, 12 x 3.6 m), metalworking shop and MAG welding through to stress-relief annealing, blasting, priming and industrial painting. The material used is structural steel, with grades S235 and S355 kept in stock. Large-part machining is carried out on gantry milling machines, a lateral milling and boring centre and boring mills; components up to 80 tonnes unit weight can be machined. Customers come from mechanical engineering, press manufacturing and automation technology.
