HINZ Fabrik GmbH is a medium-sized industrial company founded in 1886, based in the south of Berlin for over 140 years. Since the mid-1970s, the company has been developing and manufacturing organisational solutions for the healthcare sector. At its Berlin headquarters, form concepts are developed and printed, customer-specific organisational aids such as documentation folders, documentation boards and display panels are produced in the bookbindery, and trolleys and carcass-based furniture are manufactured in the company's own joinery. The product range includes nursing trolleys, ward-round trolleys, medication trolleys, emergency trolleys, IT trolleys with medical all-in-one PCs and swappable battery technology, supply trolleys as well as mobile patient cabinets made of materials such as plastic, aluminium and stainless steel. Production is carried out as intelligent Industry 4.0 manufacturing with individuality from the very first unit, from one-off items to small series. Customers are hospitals, university hospitals, rehabilitation clinics and nursing homes in Germany as well as internationally in Switzerland, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic and Luxembourg. The company is represented with six offices across Germany and offers, among other things, a 60-month warranty on trolleys and an annual on-site system inspection.
