HIPO Systems GmbH, headquartered in Scheuerfeld (Rhineland-Palatinate), specializes in high-current connectors and busbar connectors. The product range is based on two established contact technologies: the spring-wire contact and the crown-band contact. The portfolio includes the Drawer series, a rectangular connector for I/O applications with a current-carrying capacity of up to 200 amperes/600 volts in busbar mounting or 150 amperes with crimp or screw termination, as well as connectors with signal and medium-sized contacts for electronic applications. The HIPOwer Compact PCI Connector is offered as a standard product for the power electronics sector, complemented by busbar connectors of the Crown Clip and Power Clip types for applications up to 200 amperes. A focus is placed on custom high-current connectors, which are also available in small quantities as an economical alternative to standard solutions. The connectors are hot-pluggable/hot-swappable and are used in power supply technology and wherever components carry over 10 amperes/600 volts.
