Hirt-Line Europe by B. Mantel Systems develops and produces modular stainless steel coolant hose systems for industrial machine tools. The systems are used worldwide in the machining industry to precisely deliver coolant and flushing media to the processing point. The portfolio includes four system sizes (Type 0 to Type 3) with machine adapters, joint elements, coolant nozzles, flat jet nozzles for grinding applications, coolant hoses with magnetic feet, and the automatically adjustable, freely programmable coolant nozzle VarioJET VJ14. The welded components made of stainless steel are pressure-resistant up to 100 bar and temperature-resistant from -100 °C to +300 °C. The joint hoses can be extended, shortened, and aligned; the position is fixed by bolting. The company assists customers in selecting the system size, adapters, and nozzles for milling, turning, and grinding machines. The location with administration is the Swiss town of Mannenbach-Salenstein.
