About HITEC ZANG

HITEC ZANG GmbH, based in Herzogenrath, has been developing and manufacturing hardware and software for chemical and biotechnological process development for over 40 years, including pressure reactor systems for nearly 20 years. The portfolio comprises automated laboratory and pilot-scale systems for batch and continuous processes, laboratory reactor systems made of borosilicate glass and stainless steel, turnkey pressure reactor systems from 10 mL to 100 L (up to 200 bar), microreaction systems, custom bioreactors as well as cell culture and fermenter systems including the RAMOS measurement system for online respiration activity monitoring. This is complemented by process automation with LabVision software, LabManager and LabBox, dosing technology, safety switchgear cabinets as well as retrofit and modernization of existing systems. Materials include borosilicate glass, stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571, 1.4876, PTFE and Hastelloy; material certificates according to FDA, GMP and ATEX options are available. The interdisciplinary team of around 60 specialists serves industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cosmetics, food and environmental technology as well as battery recycling and hydrogen production. Components of the pressure reactor systems are manufactured in cooperation with suppliers such as JUCHHEIM Laborgeräte GmbH, Wilhelm-Schmidt, DeDiedrich, Swagelok and Wika; production takes place in Germany.
