Hitex Industries AG is a family-owned company in Tittmoning with more than 39 years of experience in the manufacture of machine parts and customised plastic solutions. On a production area of around 2300 m², 25 employees produce moulded parts made of silicone and rubber, including silicone pressure bladders and injection-moulded parts from prototype to series production. The portfolio includes precision mould making, tool and jig manufacturing with CNC machining, design and CAD programming, as well as the production of water-soluble cores for complex GRP and CFRP components in quantities of several thousand cores per month. In addition, the company manufactures dosing, measuring and process engineering systems including engineering, project planning and assembly, performs electrostatic powder coating with Halar (E-CTFE) or polypropylene, and produces thermoset parts such as special containers and cladding.
