About Hittech Prontor
Hittech Prontor GmbH, based in Bad Wildbad in the northern Black Forest, is a long-established manufacturing company specialising in the development and production of components, assemblies and subsystems for medical technology, precision mechanics and semiconductor lithography. As a system supplier for OEM customers, individual parts, assemblies and devices are designed, documented and manufactured – from production-oriented design with 3D CAD and FEM through to series production. Manufacturing comprises high-precision turning, milling and EDM machining centres, electroplating, an industrial painting shop including screen and pad printing, as well as rapid prototyping. On around 3,500 m² of assembly space, fine-mechanical, optical and electronic assemblies are produced on modern assembly lines, also ESD-protected and in cleanroom conditions. In addition to medical technology and lithography optics, the company, with 250 employees, serves customers from photonics, photographic technology, laboratory and analytical technology, and satellite and space communications. Since 2014, Prontor has been part of the Dutch Hittech Group.
