hkr Schaumstoff GmbH has been a specialist in custom foam packaging solutions for more than 40 years. At its Ransbach-Baumbach site in the Kannenbäckerland region, the company processes polyurethane foams based on polyether and polyester as well as polyethylene foams. The production program comprises die-cut parts, punched parts, molded parts and CNC-milled parts, complemented by engineered packaging solutions in combination with cardboard, wood or other plastics as well as sponges, cases, cartons, edge protection elements and foam films. Properties such as color, density, elasticity, hardness and density of the foams used are matched to the respective customer requirements. In addition to production, hkr offers contract processing with customer material as well as stocking of sample cases and packaging sets. Customers include tool and machinery manufacturing, the packaging industry, and the promotional products and trade fair packaging sector.
