HKS Prozeßtechnik GmbH develops, produces and distributes measurement technology tailored specifically to the conditions of welding. The systems are manufacturer-independent and can be used for all welding methods. The product portfolio includes online weld seam monitoring for automated welding processes, thermography, for example for continuous pipe manufacturing, mobile measuring devices for on-site documentation and calibration, as well as highly dynamic process analysis systems for research and development with sampling rates of up to 1 MHz. The devices are characterised by a cooling concept for high failure resistance, an operating range of up to 200 m, and a powerful computing unit with a database server. The solutions are used in industrial automation, automated manufacturing, quality assurance, and research and development.
