HL-Farbspritztechnik GmbH is a family-run trading company based in Lauf-Wetzendorf near the Nuremberg metropolitan region and has been active in the field of paint and coating technology for over 30 years. Its portfolio serves trades such as painters, plasterers and carpenters as well as industry, including the automotive sector, mechanical engineering, the glass industry and commercial vehicle manufacturers. Processing of paints, interior paints, water-based paints, solvent-based materials, high-build coatings, silicate paints, fillers and bitumen.
Airmix spray coating
Process for the best surface quality, among others with SAMES KREMLIN EOS units.
HVLP spray coating
Turbine units for paints, glazes, colors and multicolor coatings.
2K/3K multi-component coating
Mixing systems dispense 2-component material with mixing ratios from 0.1:1 to 30:1 and an accuracy of up to ±1%.
Electrostatic coating
Guns with high transfer efficiency, combinable with air atomization or high pressure.
Water-based paints and UV paints
Processing also with stainless steel equipment such as the B&M BMP series.
