About HLU Monsun
HLU Monsun GmbH was a company specialized in the development and implementation of air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration technology, based in Schwalbach am Taunus. Since 1949, the Monsun brand stood for project management, high-quality AHU system construction and maintenance of ventilation systems. The product portfolio included corrosion-resistant plastic fans (among others axial and roof fans for ATEX zones 1 and 2), plastic systems, AHU units, volume flow controllers, plastic heat exchangers (recuperators) as well as duct silencers made of non-combustible mineral wool. Manufacturing and assembly was carried out predominantly in corrosion-resistant plastics such as PVC and PPs as well as in special materials. Customers came from the medical, hygiene, industrial and research sectors. As of 01.01.2019, HLU Monsun GmbH was fully merged into Hürner Luft- und Umwelttechnik GmbH (based in Mücke) and has been inactive since then.
