About us
HM-PROFI GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2009 and is a specialist in the development and manufacture of custom precision parts and tool components. The focus is on custom-made parts made of carbide, PM steel, HSS steel and engineering ceramics to drawing or CAD data. Products include cutting punches, piercing punches, drawing punches, drawing dies, drawing bushes, cutting bushes, cutting inserts, dies as well as mold inserts and cores for plastic injection molding technology. Machining processes include wire and sinker EDM, CNC profile grinding, HSC milling, CNC turning and milling, micro-machining with hole diameters down to Ø 0.05 mm, and PECM technology. Customers come from the automotive industry, medical technology, the electronics and semiconductor industry, mold making, tool making and mechanical engineering, and are supplied throughout Europe. In addition, the company offers consulting, project management and technical support for punching tools worldwide, especially for projects with China.

High-speed steel (60–67 HRC) for punches and blades at high forming and cutting speeds.
Engineering ceramic – aluminum oxide
Wear-resistant, chemically resistant ceramic for guides and sliding elements.
