About HMT Industries

HMT Industries GmbH & Co. KG (HMT Hebing Maschinen-Technik) has been manufacturing sophisticated steel components for over 50 years at its sites in Rhede and Bocholt in Westphalia. The product portfolio includes flue gas dampers in the form of exhaust gas and throttle dampers (SBD/TBD) in sizes from DN 250 to DN 3500 made of carbon steel and stainless steel, steel and apparatus construction, forming technology, laser and bent parts, special machine building as well as steel construction structures to customer specifications and contract manufacturing. Production is based on laser cutting and press brake bending, MAG and TIG welding in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3834-2 for material groups 1.1 to 10 according to ISO/TR 15608 as well as steel load-bearing structures up to EXC3 according to EN 1090-2. Customer industries include industry, energy, environmental technology and shipbuilding; the exhaust gas dampers are type-approval certified by DNV GL for classified ships. Assembly and service offerings complement the portfolio. As a member of the SPALECK group of companies, HMT draws on over 150 years of engineering experience within the group.
