Company Profile
HNP Mikrosysteme GmbH is a manufacturer of micro annular gear pumps (mzr® pumps) for metering and conveying smallest liquid quantities of low- to high-viscosity media. The company develops, designs, assembles and validates the pumps as well as dosing systems based on them (LiquiDoS, smartDoS, MoDoS, µDispense, colorDoS), filter series, mixers and sensors such as mass flow meters based on the Coriolis principle. Fields of application include life science, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, mechanical and plant engineering as well as laboratory and analytics technology; flow rate range from 1 µl/h to 1.1 l/min, viscosities from 0.3 to 1,000,000 mPas, pressures up to 150 bar, ATEX versions available. Components are manufactured, among other things, from stainless steel 316L, Alloy C22, nickel-based hard metal, zirconium oxide, silicon carbide (SSiC) and PEEK. The range of services includes customer-specific modifications, OEM variants, feasibility tests and complete fluid technology system solutions including control engineering integration as well as technical service. Founded in 1996, operations started in 1998 in Parchim; since January 2013 the company has been based in Schwerin with around 90 employees.
