About HOBART
HOBART GmbH develops, manufactures and distributes commercial dishwashing machines as well as accessories and peripheral devices for the professional large-scale kitchen. The product range includes rack conveyor dishwashers (CN series, PROFI), GX-series glasswashers, hood-type dishwashers, the autoLINE multi-track washing system and heat pump technology (CLIMATE-PRO/CLIMATE-GREEN) for waste heat recovery. In addition, the company offers cooking technology such as combi steamers and pressure steam cookers, food processing, waste technology, water treatment with reverse osmosis and water softening as well as its own detergent line. All washing systems are developed and manufactured in Germany. HOBART was founded in 1930 in Offenburg, employs around 6,900 people worldwide, more than 1,000 of them in Germany, and is part of the US group Illinois Tool Works (ITW). In the Italian market, the company operates as Divisione Hobart Italia of ITW APPLIANCE COMPONENTS SRL based in Milan. Customers come from hotels, restaurants, catering, hospitals, bakeries, butcheries, industry, shipping and airline catering.
