Hobusch-Johanning-Metals GmbH & Co. KG (HJ-Metals) is a medium-sized, family-run company located in Augustdorf. Founded in 2019, the company specializes in the trade and processing of tool steels, stainless steels, structural steels, and special materials such as powder metallurgy (PM) steels. The product range includes bar, block, sheet, precision flat steel, as well as custom-cut pieces and drawings-based processed products. Our value creation includes 6-sided machining, milling, grinding, heat treatment in partnership with a major hardening plant, coating, and additive manufacturing: parts made of steel, aluminum, and titanium are processed using 3D printing, including contour cooling and internal structures. Customers come from tool and mold making, stamping and forming technology, mechanical engineering, plastic processing, injection and die casting, and press hardening. Delivery within a 50 km radius using our own fleet.
