Hochwald Foods GmbH is a cooperatively structured dairy and food group that processes more than 2 billion kg of cow's milk annually. From this milk, a broad product range is created: drinking milk in fresh and long-life variants, condensed milk and coffee cream in cans, soft packs, glass bottles, jugs and portion packs, pasta filata cheese such as mozzarella and kashkaval, cream, butter, milk-based mixed drinks as well as ingredients for the food and baby and infant nutrition industry. In addition to its own brands such as Bärenmarke, Hochwald and Bonny, the company offers a comprehensive service spectrum as a contract manufacturer, from recipe and packaging development through production to logistics. The drinking milk is produced without genetic engineering and made shelf-stable through gentle heating processes. Customers come from food retail, foodservice, the further-processing industry, the baby and infant nutrition industry, and frozen pizza manufacturers. The products are exported worldwide, including to Italy and the Arabian Peninsula.
