Höfert Italia SpA was founded in 1983 as the production site of the German parent company Höfert, headquartered in Hamburg, a leading company for industrial seals and technical rubber articles. The company specializes in the manufacture of O-rings (press rings) and technical rubber parts, produced by injection molding or compression molding. With a tooling park of more than 6,000 molds, Höfert Italia covers a broad spectrum of customer requirements. The elastomers used include, among others, FKM, FFKM, NBR, EPDM, HNBR, VMQ, FVMQ, CR, ACM, SBR, EAM and AFLAS as well as polyurethane. Customer industries include automotive, the petroleum industry, hydraulics, pneumatics, lighting technology and the food industry. Production takes place at the Italian site in Viadanica; quality is certified to UNI EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949:2016.
