About us
Hoeltl Laser Technologie is a company founded in 2011 in Villingen-Schwenningen specializing in laser welding as an external service. The speciality is laser repair welding of plastic injection moulds, die-casting moulds and tools; in addition, laser joint welding, build-up welding, brazing/soldering and series processing are offered, including the assembly of components into assemblies using laser weld seams. A multifunctional laser processing machine Schunk PSM 400 is used in combination with a pulsed Nd:YAG laser from LASAG; a CNC-controlled swivel rotary table 4th axis enables contour-conforming welding of complex geometries. Materials processed include tool steels, structural steels, stainless steel, cast iron, cast steel, aluminium, copper and titanium, from delicate small parts to workpieces weighing up to 2 tonnes. Customers come, among others, from tool and mould making, aviation, medical, dental and sensor technology, electrical engineering and automotive manufacturing.
