About Hönger AG
Hönger AG is a medium-sized Swiss company based in Roggwil BE with over 75 years of experience in micro-precision and linear technology. Its core competence lies in the development and manufacture of precision micromechanical parts and assemblies: its own standard products such as miniature linear guides, micro roller tables, positioning systems and the miniature check valve Flex Check®, as well as customer-specific special components and parts manufacturing. The value chain includes development and design on CAD/CAE workstations, CNC milling (3-, 4-, 5-axis), CNC turning, surface and profile grinding, sawing, vibratory finishing, deburring, ultrasonic part cleaning (cleanroom-compatible), laser marking as well as fine and assembly in the sub-μm range. Parts are manufactured in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and plastics such as POM, PA GF 30 and CFRP, with accuracies of 0.01 mm in milling and below 1 μm in grinding. Customers come from the semiconductor industry, medical technology, metrology, optical devices, the watch industry, precision machinery engineering and the automotive industry. Production takes place entirely in Switzerland at two sites in Roggwil; sales in German-speaking countries are supported by Hönger Deutschland GmbH in Schmiechen.
