About Hoenle Medical
Hoenle Medical GmbH emerged from Dr. Hönle Medizintechnik GmbH and stands for over 50 years of experience in dermatological medical technology. The company develops and manufactures medical devices for light therapy: the Dermalight® product line comprises UVB narrowband (311 nm) and UVA phototherapy devices ranging from the hand comb (dermalight® 80R) to partial-body irradiation systems (500R series) and the full-body irradiation cabin (dermalight® 1000 and 2000). The second therapy line, idromed®, is used for tap-water iontophoresis for the pain- and medication-free treatment of hyperhidrosis of the hands, feet and armpits. The portfolio is complemented by the planned daylight PDT for the treatment of actinic keratoses as well as nationwide service for Waldmann UV phototherapy devices. The devices are developed in Starnberg (management, sales, development) and manufactured in Zörbig near Leipzig – with a consistent commitment to the German location. Target groups are practices, clinics and home use.
