About HÖRMANN Warnsysteme
HÖRMANN Warnsysteme GmbH develops and produces electronic sirens and customised siren systems for public warning, industrial alarm systems and fire brigade alerting. Founded in 1955, the company, part of the HÖRMANN Group, supports customers as a full-service provider – from software-based sound propagation planning and in-house hardware and software development to turnkey installation and commissioning as well as comprehensive maintenance. The siren horns of the ECN-D and ECI sirens are made of aluminium alloys; siren horns and cabinets are manufactured in a modular design with 19-inch slide-in technology. The main production focus is in Germany. In addition to siren technology, the portfolio includes security technology such as intrusion detection and fire alarm systems in accordance with DIN 14675, access control, video surveillance and integrated hazard management based on GEMOS. More than 180 employees, together with over 45 partners in more than 40 sales territories, serve customers such as cities, energy suppliers and industrial companies worldwide; more than 60,000 installed sirens are documented.
