About hörwelten
hörwelten is an owner-managed hearing acoustics specialist shop in Bremen-Horn-Lehe, founded in 2007. The company offers hearing tests, individual hearing technology consultations, hearing aid fitting, maintenance and inspection of hearing aids, earmoulds from its own workshop, as well as hearing protection and hearing assistance systems. A focus lies on paediatric audiology, i.e. the care of children with hearing impairment, complemented by the Pro Akustik hearing training. The team of master hearing aid acousticians and hearing aid acousticians works in four fitting rooms and an in-house workshop in the enlarged retail premises on Leher Heerstraße. Since 2022, owner Julia Winter, master hearing aid acoustician, has run the business alone following the retirement of co-founder Annette Lehker. By then, 14 apprentices had chosen to train as hearing aid acousticians at hörwelten.

On 1 June 2007, hörwelten was opened by Julia Winter and Annette Lehker at Leher Heerstr. 56-60 in Bremen-Horn-Lehe.
- 2010
Opening of a second specialist shop in Bremen-Findorff.
- 2019
Expansion of the retail premises in Horn-Lehe to almost twice the size with four fitting rooms, an office and a larger workshop.
- 2021
14 years of hörwelten; by then, 14 apprentices had completed their training with the company.
- 2022
Co-founder Annette Lehker retired on 1 January 2022; Julia Winter continues to run the business alone.
