About HOESCH Granules

HOESCH Granules GmbH in Neuss is a manufacturer of aluminium granules, aluminium grits and powders, inorganic fluorides as well as metal and alloy powders. The portfolio includes foil grit from thermally recovered production scrap, spray grit from atomised primary and secondary aluminium, mechanically processed aluminium granulate from thin-walled scrap, potassium aluminium fluoride (PAF), cryolite as well as aluminium-magnesium alloy powder and powders made from pure metals and ferroalloys such as manganese, chromium, silicon, ferromanganese, ferrophosphorus and ferrosilicon. The processes include thermal treatment of aluminium-bearing production residues, milling and sieving processes down to the finest grain fractions, and atomisation of molten aluminium with air or shielding gas supply. The products are used, among other things, in metallurgy, the foundry industry, pyrotechnics, powder metallurgy, the chemical industry, the refractory industry, mould and pattern making, welding filler materials and flux-cored wires, and in abrasives. More than 50 employees and around 20 local agents serve customers in 40 countries on all 5 continents. The company is part of the HOESCH Group.
