About hoesol
The hoesol Otoplastik-Labor GmbH in Görlitz manufactures custom otoplastics based on modern 3D printing technology. Ear impressions are digitally captured and produced as custom-fit products using additive manufacturing. The portfolio includes RIC and ITE otoplastics, water splash protection, sleep protection, in-ear monitoring molds and custom-molded hearing protection in cooperation with Hörluchs; individual special shapes are also produced. Materials used include rigid 3D (photopolymer), SysTherm® PU with a thermal effect as well as silicones in various degrees of hardness (60, 35 and 25 Shore A), optionally painted, polished or matte-finished. Orders are placed via an online ordering portal with an order overview. Customers include hearing aid acousticians as well as users from in-ear monitoring, occupational safety and swimming sports.
