About Höttges Kunststoffverarbeitung
Höttges Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH manufactures thermoformed parts from thermoplastics in Berlin using vacuum and compressed-air forming. The range of services includes trays, blisters, hinged blisters, beverage trays, packaging inserts for confectionery and baked goods, ampoule packaging and technical thermoformed parts up to a forming area of 1,000 x 700 mm. In addition, die-cut parts and folding cartons according to FEFCO are produced. The value chain extends from mould development with CAD/CAM through in-house toolmaking on CNC machines to series production and mechanical finishing. Almost all common commercial thermoplastics are processed on reel-fed machines with widths up to 730 mm and thicknesses up to 1.5 mm as well as on sheet machines with starting thicknesses up to 10 mm. The company supplies, among others, the food, pharmaceutical, beverage and electronics industries and is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
