About Hof Fokuhl

Fokuhl strawberry and raspberry farm is a family farm in Stralendorf near Parchim (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern). Jürgen and Janne Fokuhl have farmed the grandparents' agricultural holding with their family and team since 1990. In addition to rapeseed, wheat, barley and maize, strawberries and raspberries have also been growing in the fields since 2005; today around 5 ha of strawberries (including Honeoye, Sonata, Asia, Malwina) and 1.5 ha of raspberries are cultivated. The fruit is sold fresh, offered for pick-your-own, and processed in the farm's own kitchen into syrup, fruit preserves, raspberry liqueur and, since 2023, 40% strawberry and raspberry spirits. Sales take place directly at the farm in Stralendorf as well as at sales stands in Parchim (Neuer Markt) and Plau am See (Seestraße). A strawberry cultivation team led by Matthias Fokuhl manages the cultivation.
