About Hofbrauhaus Wolters

Hofbrauhaus Wolters GmbH is a regional large brewery based in Braunschweig and ranks among Germany's most traditional brewing sites: its roots date back to 1627. The company brews beers according to the Reinheitsgebot, such as Wolters Premium Pilsener, Pils, Helles, Weizen, Märzen, Herbstbier, the Schwarzer Herzog, as well as non-alcoholic variants and Radler; the non-alcoholic range was most recently expanded with Cola Mix and Cola Mix Zero in the 0.33-liter can. Water, barley malt, hops and hop extract are used; the beer is matured for several weeks at low temperatures. With an annual production of over 100,000 hectoliters (historical, 1903/04), the brewery was considered a large brewery. As official sponsor of Eintracht Braunschweig and partner of the Magnifest, Wolters is closely connected to the region. The production site at Wolfenbütteler Straße 39 will be permanently closed as of 31.12.2026; the shop "Halle 3" at Böcklerstraße 217 offers fan merchandise and beverages.
