Hoffmann AM, a brand of Jellypipe AG, is a network for professional additive manufacturing headquartered in Fislisbach (CH) with a German subsidiary in Freiburg im Breisgau. The company manufactures 3D-printed components as a service, from one-offs and prototypes to series production, orderable via an online configurator with instant quotation. Its own Printfactory houses over 100 printers and 14 additive manufacturing processes, including FDM, SLS, SLM, DMP, MJF, SAF, SLA, DLP, MJM, Binder Jetting as well as the hybrid processes investment casting and Vacuum Casting. The material portfolio comprises over 200 plastics, metals, resins, gypsum and quartz sand, including ABS, PA11/PA12, AlSi10Mg, Inconel, copper and stainless steels such as 1.4404 and 1.4542. In addition, post-processing (chemical smoothing, tumbling, painting, glass bead blasting), design support via Solution Partners, powder-based services and the sale of raw powder (e.g. JP PA12, JP AlSi10Mg, JP 1.4404) are offered. Customers come from mechanical and plant engineering, medical technology, automotive, aerospace, apparatus/oven construction as well as tool and mould making.
