About Hoffmann Neopac

Hoffmann Neopac AG is a Swiss manufacturer of tube packaging headquartered in Oberdiessbach with a historic site in Thun. Its core business is the production of Polyfoil, PE and COEX tubes with fill volumes of 1 to 300 ml and high barrier properties for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and dental industries. The Polyfoil tube, patented in 1965, uses laminate materials with aluminium or EVOH barrier; in addition to PE and coextrusion tubes, recycled materials such as rHDPE and the Polyfoil EcoPro tube with 60% recycled content are also used. Since 2005, pharmaceutical products have been produced in cleanrooms on dedicated lines. The company offers EcoDesign consulting, custom developments, tube applicators and child-resistant tubes. Production takes place at sites in Switzerland (Oberdiessbach/Thun), Hungary (Debrecen), USA (Wilson, NC) and India (Silvassa); the metal tin business was sold or discontinued in 2025.
