About Hofgut Storzeln

Hofgut Storzeln GmbH is a family-run business in the Hegau region near Hilzingen on Lake Constance, uniting organic farming, raw material processing and food production under one roof. On its own and leased land, raw materials such as soy, oats, buckwheat, sunflower seeds, millet and lupins are grown according to Bioland guidelines. In the company's own raw material processing facility, these are dried, cleaned, color-sorted, hulled and milled on a contract basis; the portfolio includes flakes, groats, flours, extrudates and TVP. In the attached manufactory, single-ingredient products, mueslis, snacks, instant meals as well as plant-based oat and soy drinks are produced – also as contract manufacturing and private label. Services include recipe and product development, packaging development, storage tests, laboratory analyses and sensory testing. Customers include foodspring and Followfood, among others.
