About Hofmolkerei Dehlwes
The organic farm dairy Dehlwes is a family business in Lilienthal near Bremen whose farm has been in family hands since 1811. The company exclusively processes Bioland milk from its own cows and from Bioland farmers in northern Germany. The product range includes fresh organic milk and UHT milk in two fat levels, natural yoghurt, quark preparation, cream products such as cream, schmand, sour cream and crème fraîche as well as butter and cheese. The processes include pasteurisation, homogenisation, ultra-high-temperature treatment, microfiltration, fermentation, mixing and filling into plastic cups, tube bags, buckets and vacuum packaging; in addition, milk is loaded into tanker trucks. For the wholesale/foodservice sector, large containers such as 10-litre bags, 5- and 10-kg buckets and 15-kg butter blocks are offered. Customers include food retail (REWE, Edeka, Kaufland), organic food shops and wholesale buyers; the site also features a farm shop with a regional full product range.
