About us

Hohenhausen GmbH was founded in 1978 as a machine and apparatus manufacturing company and has been an outsourcing partner for mechanical assemblies, tool and fixture building and comprehensive metalworking for over 30 years. On 3,500 m² of production space in Soltau, the company produces turned parts ranging from simple 2-axis parts such as pins, shafts and bushings to complex turn-mill parts, as well as milled parts from 4 mm to 4000 mm in part size – from prototype to small series to large-scale series. Further areas of competence are mould making (components for blow moulding of PET bottles), tool and fixture building, development and design with CAD/CAM and DNC operation, mechanical engineering including hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, heat treatment and material finishing, as well as the pre-production of complex aircraft parts. The machine park comprises more than 25 CNC-controlled milling and turning machines, including 4- and 5-axis machining centres, CNC lathes with driven tools and bar feeders, and conventional machines. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; two Mitutoyo 3D coordinate measuring machines ensure precision. Customers include, among others, Airbus and AEROTEC, for which QSF-A approvals are held.
