Since 1982, HOJA Food Tec has been developing, manufacturing, delivering and installing complete solutions for industrial frying systems in Schwarmstedt. Unlike many manufacturers, the company relies exclusively on cast-iron pans instead of coated plastic belts for frying; all systems are PFAS-free. The product portfolio includes frying lines of the DRL1000E, DRL1500, DRL2000E, DRL2500 and DRL3000E series with capacities from 40 to 1500 kg/h, post-baking tunnels of the NGT series (NGT3, NGT4.5, NGT6, NGT9) as well as compressed-air-operated multi-head depositors with three to six depositing heads. In addition, custom special solutions and fully automatic complete systems are produced. Fields of application are the food industry and large-scale kitchens; referenced customers include Abbelen GmbH and Miratorg. A 500 m² technology center in Schwarmstedt is available for product tests. In addition, HOJA offers remote maintenance, 24h service, on-site technician assignments and spare parts service.
