With Happy embroidery machines, all materials through which needles can be passed can be embroidered, from delicate batiste fabric to horse halters.

Service for Germany, Austria and Switzerland is initially provided via remote diagnostics; only if a problem cannot be solved remotely are costs incurred for a maintenance visit. Training and maintenance instructions are provided to customers on site.
