About HoKuTech
HoKuTech GmbH & Co. KG is a purchasing and sales alliance for woodworking and plastics processing machinery and tools, headquartered in Rödermark. It was founded in 2023 through the merger of GEWEMA AG and eumacop eG; the eumacop Europäische Maschinen Cooperation eG had existed since 1967. The alliance currently comprises 35 owner-managed specialized retail companies as shareholders and cooperates with around 600 suppliers. Under its own brand hoku, stationary machines, shop equipment, power tools, machine and hand tools as well as consumables are sold. HoKuTech sees itself as an intermediary between the specialized trade and industry, supporting shareholders with purchasing volumes, marketing and promotional programs, and events such as HoKuTech Connect, ToughDays and in-house exhibitions. It is a trading alliance without its own manufacturing.
