Holmatec Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG manufactures custom machines and automation systems for food processing, packaging and palletizing as well as conveying technology. The portfolio includes semi- and fully automated systems, conveyor belts, robot end-effectors and CNC contract parts manufacturing. The high level of in-house production depth allows the processing of aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and plastics; stainless steel parts are glass-bead blasted in the company's own blasting chamber, and painting is carried out in a separate painting room. In addition, the company designs and wires control cabinets, programs PLC, motion and robot software, and deploys machine vision systems for quality control and position detection. Planning, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, maintenance and remote maintenance are all offered from the plant in Salzbergen.
