Holstein-Kunststoff-Technik GmbH in Moorrege manufactures thermoplastic tanks and apparatus for industrial applications. The portfolio includes storage tanks for acids, alkalis and water-hazardous liquids, cylindrical and rectangular tanks, electroplating baths, agitator and salt-dissolution tanks as well as filter housings and custom components with volumes from 50 to 60,000 litres. All production is done exclusively in PE 100 and PP; PVC and PVDF are also used for apparatus and custom components. Every tank is a custom-made product that is supervised from consultation through design and material selection to manufacturing in the company's own workshop in Moorrege. Large tanks are delivered in segment construction and assembled on site at the customer's premises; the service offering also includes underground installation, sealing of containment trays, and equipping tanks with agitators, level and measurement technology, valves and pipework. Customers include companies from wastewater technology, electroplating, the chemical industry, sewage treatment plants, the food and paper industries. The company is a certified specialist company under the WHG, AwSV-compliant and holds a building authority approval from the DIBt.
