About Holyvolt
Holyvolt AB is a Swedish company founded in 2022 that develops and markets innovative energy generation and energy storage products. The technology platform combines precision screen printing manufacturing with high-throughput material discovery and is based on more than 20 years of research in screen printing technology. Products manufactured include battery cells constructed layer by layer across different cell chemistries, as well as thin-film solar cells that can be printed under ambient conditions without vacuum or cleanroom processes. In February 2026, the Holyvolt Group acquired Wildcat Discovery Technologies; a joint venture with EnergyX was announced for an LFP cathode plant with approximately 15,000 t p.a. in Phase 1 in Hooks, Texas. Customer industries include energy storage systems, electromobility, defense platforms and photovoltaics. The headquarters is located in Sweden.

Materials and processes
LFP cathode material (lithium iron phosphate)
Cathode active material for energy storage, e-mobility and defense applications, produced via Wildcat in the JV with EnergyX.
Lithium carbonate
Lithium precursor for LFP cathode production, supplied majority-wise by EnergyX in the JV.
Lithium hydroxide
Precursor for NMC cathode chemistries within the lithium portfolio of JV partner EnergyX.
Lithium metal
Anode material for high-energy-density battery cells (solid-state).
Precision screen printing
Manufacturing process for battery and solar cells with high material and process flexibility at lower energy and capital expenditure.
High-throughput material discovery
Platform for accelerating the development of novel battery and solar cells.
