About HolzLand Folkmann

HolzLand Folkmann GmbH operates a timber DIY superstore on approximately 12,000 m² of floor space in Stelle near Hamburg. The family business was founded in 1973 by Jürgen Folkmann, is now run by the second generation under Tim Folkmann, and has been a member of the HolzLand cooperation, with more than 270 partners at 450 locations, since 1981. The product range includes floor coverings such as parquet, laminate, vinyl and cork, interior doors, wood-based materials such as plywood, chipboard, OSB, decorative and laminated wood panels, as well as solid construction timber (KVH) and glulam (BSH). In the garden segment, the company offers decking boards made of Bangkirai, Douglas fir, larch, thermally treated wood, bamboo and WPC, privacy fencing, terrace canopies made of wood and aluminium, carports and garden houses. In addition to retail, the company provides its own in-house timber cutting service with cutting to size, milling and trimming, an installation service for floors, doors, terraces and carports, as well as a delivery service with its own trucks for the greater Hamburg, Buchholz and Winsen area. Customers include private customers, DIY enthusiasts, carpenters and other commercial customers.
