Holzmanufaktur Lorenz GmbH is a joinery based in Kirchzarten near Freiburg im Breisgau. The Kirchzarten site offers around 2,000 m² of production, showroom and shop space; the resulting wood shavings are used in a self-sufficient heating system to heat the premises. The company was founded in 1919 as Freiburger Bau- und Möbelschreinerei Hügle and has been run by master joiner Jürgen Lorenz since his takeover in 2004.
