About holzpost
holzpost GmbH, based in Friedrichsdorf, manufactures postcards, greeting cards, coasters, business cards, bookmarks and smartphone holders made of wood. The motifs are engraved into the wood surface by laser; for color printing, cherry and maple are available. Woods processed include beech, oak, cherry, pear, walnut, mutenyé, sapeli, olive, maple and pine. The products are aimed at retail as well as gift and home accessory markets, including museum shops, florists, cafés and wine merchants. Custom production and personalization are possible from a minimum order quantity of 30 pieces; the standard card size is 85 × 55 mm. Design and manufacturing take place in Germany. Since its founding in 2010, the company has supported afforestation projects by Prima Klima and PLANT-MY-TREE with financial contributions.
