About holzwerk
The carpentry holzwerk was founded in 1998 in Seevetal and is today run in its second generation by owner and master carpenter Joshua Stegen. The team of around ten, made up of master craftsmen, journeymen and apprentices, manufactures and erects timber houses in timber-frame construction, extensions and conversions, dormers, carports, balconies, terraces and garden sheds. Further service areas are old-building and roof renovation with energy-efficient refurbishment, interior finishing with timber floors, visible beam structures, wooden staircases, loft conversions and half-timbered restoration, as well as the manufacture of Scandinavian-style wooden windows, also as timber/aluminium combinations. Building is carried out using ecological construction methods with timber from local sustainably managed forests, natural and low-allergen building materials and insulation. Services include planning and consulting from the building permit stage through to manufacture and assembly. Located in Seevetal, Lower Saxony.
