About Holzwerke Bürk
Holzwerke Bürk GmbH is a third-generation family-owned company based in Oberrot, Baden-Württemberg. In its own sawmill and planing mill, the company produces high-quality sawn timber, especially from Douglas fir wood, in which it has established itself as a regional specialist. The product range includes wood products for indoor and outdoor use: exterior cladding, wooden floors, terrace and balcony decking, fences, balcony cladding as well as garden furniture made from Douglas fir and Eastern white pine. Almost all products are manufactured entirely to customer specifications in terms of dimensions and quantities; garden furniture is also produced in series. On request, the timber can be pressure-treated (impregnated). Douglas fir is approved as structural timber for load-bearing constructions, largely resistant to rot, and is the hardest softwood in Europe.
